Safe, Affordable, and Stable housing for all.

Housing Matters Union County began over two-years ago when a local church set about helping a family new to the area locate a rental home. Realizing then just how challenging the process had become, they partnered with other residents and service providers who were experiencing the same difficulties. Soon, the discussions deepened and the need for an advocacy group became apparent. Today, H.M.U.C. is funded by multiple foundation grants to work on several goals related to affordable homes and housing barriers in Union County.
